Programs that maximize your team’s development

Empower your leadership team to unlock their potential as they get new strategies, fresh perspectives -- and learn to optimize their greatest strengths for break-through growth.

Our professional-development workshops are designed for maximum flexibility, whether you prefer on-site or virtual delivery, small roundtables or full-day programs. And, adding individual or group coaching sessions can personalize and extend the learning for each staff member.

Work-Life Planning: Know Where You’re Going

Getting clear on what we really want is the first step to setting goals for bringing our vision into fruition. Self-reflective activities help participants identify what’s important to them, gain awareness on how they want to show up, better integrate work-life priorities – and culminate in an action plan. Exercises include Wheel of Life, Wheel of Career, Visioning, and Ideal Imaging.

Removing Barriers to Success: Release What's Holding You Back

Recognizing common (but often unconscious) internal blocks is the first step to seeing what stands in our way from moving forward with personal and professional priorities. Activities focus on shifting perspectives from what might feel like a stumbling block to creating stepping stones in areas targeted for growth and change.

Unlocking Leadership Potential: Harness Your Strengths (& Know Your Gaps)

Actualizing leadership talents is within reach using simple but effective tools to help gauge what’s working and what's not in the workplace or professional relationships. Exercises help participants create goals and an action plan to address growth opportunities, including Wheel of Leadership and Ideal Image Tool.

Leadership Self-Discovery: The Seven Levels of Leadership

This more intensive, “inside-out” approach to growth explores how baseline perceptions and behaviors are rooted in seven levels of attitude and awareness, and how we can leverage insights and actions to enhance performance and effectiveness.

The learning continues through a unique, research-based assessment. Not the usual personality assessment, the Energy Leadership Index (ELI)* offers more of an attitudinal appraisal. Through a report and coaching debrief, participants identify where they are today, realize where they want to be, and recognize habits and patterns they want to change or eliminate.

This in-depth self-discovery enables participants to see new areas for focus, and create actions steps to increase satisfaction and fulfillment. Studies show that leaders are more likely to experience higher productivity, better communication, and a more integrated work/life balance — leading to lasting impact and change.

*The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment was developed by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) to measure potential. The assessment uses metrics to determine how a person approaches different scenarios. An assigned numerical value measures the type of attitude and energy brought to each situation, encompassing mental, physical, spiritual and emotional factors. The more positive a leadership style, the higher the numerical value.

“Susan is an outstanding facilitator.

She is meticulous in her preparation, creative in her delivery and helps clients see their brand and professional journey in a new way. Evaluations came back with comments like, "She engaged the whole room" and "She can communicate effectively with participants from all different fields." Susan is driven to help others be really smart and intentional about how they market themselves. I'm just grateful to be in her orbit!
